  1. Paul..what kind of ant plants are those? Very nice presentation. You have me considering un potting and mounting my ant plant. Any advice on mounting would be greatly appreciated.

    • The adult plant is Myrmecodia sp. unknown (given to me as a “no ID” plant – possibly tuberosa) and the seedlings on the slab are M. tuberosa for sure. Mounting on a slab like I’ve done is simple in concept, but the execution can be tricky. Basically you just stuff some Sphagnum between the roots and the slab and tie it all down with fine fishing line/filament. Then wait for the root system to take hold. Its fiddly work, but nothing much to it.
